An Auto Attendant (or AA for short) allows callers to be automatically transferred to an extension without the intervention of an operator/receptionist. Auto attendants are commonly referred to as a virtual receptionist or IVR (interactive voice response) system.
The SimpleVoice AA system allows for time-based routing so that different auto attendants can be presented to callers based on time of day or weekend, holiday, or special events.
